A great class if you lead a busy life, need some you time, struggle with stress, tension or anxiety. Suitable for beginners, seniors and general. The mind never gets a day off, it’s always busy or thinking about the past or the future. This yoga and meditation class will train your mind to stay calm, happy and relaxed. Student goal: Reduce stress, flexibility and relaxation.
Restorative / Yin
Enter a state of meditative bliss through the use of supportive props, slow transitions and long holds. The style is gentle and suitable for all levels.
Student goal: Reduce stress, relaxation, rejuvenation and facial release.

Hatha / Flow
A fusion of Vinyasa yoga and traditional Hatha yoga. Enjoy a flowing
sequence of delicious stretchers, smooth sun salutions and beautiful balances.
Student goal: Flexibility, strength, fitness.
Yin / Yang
Yin/Yang yoga proceeds with a vinyasa flow. A strong flow to increase our internal heat and allows our bodies to prepare for the yin to follow. This section of the class allows us to integrate our openness and awareness into a sense of steadiness and alignment.
We then surrender into our mats and proceed into gentle, quiet and meditative yin practice that teaches us to relax and work deep into the muscles and connective tissue. Leave class with a complete sense of achievement and relaxation.
