Here we clarify some of our students’ most pressing questions and provide some class guidelines.
- How do I access the Studio?
Access the stairs adjacent to the IGA or access through the lift inside the IGA. Take the lift or stairs to the first floor and proceed through the corridor to the back of the premises and you will be lead to the studio.
- What do I wear?
All classes are practiced in bare feet, so no footwear is needed. Dress in a comfortable outfit that allows for movement and bring something warm for relaxation. You may also wish to bring a small towel, especially for fitness classes.
- What should I bring?
- I’m not flexible - can I still do your classes?
Absolutely! All of our classes incorporate a stretching element. Yoga is the recommended style of class to increase flexibility. Each personal works at their individual level and builds from there. Euphoria’s classes are non competitive.
- What type of Yoga Class should I do?
If you are new to Yoga or haven’t practiced for a period of time it is beneficial to start with any of the “Hatha” or “Restorative” classes. These classes allow the student to focus on alignment and build up a solid foundation.
- Should I eat or drink before class?
It is best to practice on an empty stomach. As a guide, have a light snack no less than two hours before coming to class. Drink plenty of water before and after class.
- How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
Your place in the class is automatically confirmed once you have clicked “book” through our website or the MINDBODY connect smart phone app. Please arrive 10 minutes early when you come to your first class to settle in and register.
- Where can I download the MINDBODY connect app?
