BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS
WHAT TO WEAR / BRING
Loose or stretchy clothes that are comfortable, cool and allow you to move freely are best. Bring your yoga mat. Don’t have one? Purchase a yoga mat through euphoria’s online shop (pick up at your first class in the studio) or hire a mat in the studio ($5 for 21 days). All classes are barefoot. Leave your shoes at the door. Bringing a water bottle and/or small towel is also recommended.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to class start time. All group classes start promptly. Thank you.
HOW OFTEN TO COME?
FOR POSTURE, FLEXIBILITY AND GENERAL STRENGTH
We recommend attending 3 classes per week, spaced 1-2 days apart to allow for recovery.
Attend a variety of yoga, Pilates and fitness.
FOR WEIGHT LOSS, FITNESS AND SERIOUS STRENGTH
You’ll need to come 4–6 times per week. We recommend that Fitness and hot yoga to be in the mix of classes.
For optimal weight loss you should also maintain a balanced diet but reduce your daily calories by 500 (The same number of meals but 25% smaller servings)
FOR PEACE OF MIND & MENTAL WELLBEING
The well documented anti-depressant and anxiety reducing effects of exercise last about 24 hours, so your mental wellbeing will be greatest with a daily practice.
Yoga is a practice combining movement with breath. You’ll stretch yourself, literally and figuratively. The mindfulness of yoga will leave you feeling grounded and calm and over time this feeling will grow and deepen.
If you’re new to yoga we recommend attending one of our Hatha or Restorative Yin Yoga classes first, to ease you into the practice and create a strong understanding and foundation of the principles of yoga.
Customised classes to address your personal wellbeing goals, body posture and muscle balance. Ideal if you have injuries, or athletic aspirations. Available: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3.
Private Yoga Sessions will ensure you have the principles of Yoga defined and will evaluate improve your practice in the following areas:
- Mindfulness (mind body connection)
- Strengths and weaknesses

TEMPERATURE IN THE STUDIO
The studio is heated during winter and cooled during summer. The studio is generally kept at room temperature.
